For over 30 years our Administration has dedicated our organization to care for those in need. Administration at Spruce Manor Special Care Home consists of our Director of Care (in charge of Nursing), the Administrator’s Assistant and the Administrator. As with Spruce Manor's Mission Statement, we the Administration team very seriously adhere to being "dedicated to provide excellence of care in the Name and Spirit of Christ for the total person, spiritually, physically, emotionally and intellectually while respecting each person's individuality, unique worth and dignity."

To make a positive difference in the lives of our residents, families and staff, our commitment is to provide an environment full of support:

- Financially (payroll, staff benefits, Accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, budgets)

- Emotionally (relieving boredom, companionship, compassion, respect)

- Communicating (daily staff gatherings, open door policy for residents, family and staff with monthly Activity Calendar and Newsletter)

- Operational Policies (reception, Board Governance, Employee Handbook, AGM)

- Safety (OH &S Committee, TLR/GPA Training, WHMIS 2015)
